Our founder Dr. Akanksha Virmani Chawla has formed a network of mentors across the globe who strive to solve problems of students at all levels beginning from high school.

Dr. Akanksha Virmani Chawla is a Career Counsellor and a Life Coach based in Gurgaon, Delhi - NCR.

She co-founded Your EduAdvisors in 2014 and has since established herself as one of the leaders in the Education consulting and counseling industry. A PhD scholar in career counseling and a UCLA certified career counselor, she has successfully helped numerous students to unleash their potential. Her passion lies in helping students achieve their dreams and positively impacting the lives of each person she works with.

After obtaining her BA(Hons) in Business Economics from the University of Delhi in 2011, Akanksha went to pursue her MSc. in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In the UK Akanksha worked with Zomato Media UK Ltd. assisting in establishing the startup. However, soon after completing her Masters she started working with an overseas education firm in London and conceptualized a comprehensive career development services venture for students in India. Hence, soon after returning to India apart from working as a Brand Manager with General Motors India Pvt. Ltd she also simultaneously started counselling students aspiring to get through their dream schools across the globe. Akanksha, used her extensive knowledge and experience to help candidates discover their strengths, package themselves in a unique way and help them make a compelling case for themselves. Most of her students were able to get into their dream schools (top 20 global schools) and this motivated her to launch her own venture Your EduAdvisors. Aware that academics without practical implementations are only part of a success story, Akanksha ensures that apart from grades her students also work on their overall profile to be successful. The key difference between her style of working and the rest is that she works with students on developing them and not just academic grades.
